7 Days Replacement

1. No Return Policy

• Electrical and electronic spare parts are NON-RETURNABLE.

• Returns are not accepted for wrong model ordered, incompatibility, or customer mistake.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Replacement will be provided only if:

• Product is received in damaged or defective condition

• Complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Unboxing video is mandatory (continuous video from sealed package opening)

3. Not Eligible for Replacement

• Used or installed products

• Burnt, broken, or physically damaged after delivery

• Items without original packaging

• Complaints raised after 48 hours

4. Refunds

• If replacement is not possible, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds are made to the original payment method
